In-Store Credit/Exchanges
Currently, we only offer in-store credits. Please inquire with a stylist at info@shopsroka.com for an in-store credit of the full amount spent, minus shipping costs.
If you are requesting an exchange, the item should be returned to SROKA within 14 days of delivery (delivery dues to exchange items are customer responsibility). Once the item has been received & approved for exchange, a credit will be issued to your account for the full amount spent, minus shipping costs, to use towards a different item.
The item must be returned with the tags still attached, unworn/unwashed, without animal hair, undamaged, and in its original packaging. If any of these requirements are not followed, we have the right to reject your exchange.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return item, and let you know if the exchange was approved or not. If approved, your SROKA account will be automatically credited with the full amount spent on your original item, minus any shipping costs, to use towards a different item of your choice. You will need to create an account, if not already done so, in order to access the credited amount.

Damages
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right!
Sale Items/Accessory Items
All Jewelry/Accessory pieces are FINAL SALE. All Sale pieces are FINAL SALE. These are not eligible for in-store credit.
