DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Please allow 1-2 business days for processing and 3-5 business days for shipment. The estimated total shipping time is 3-7 business days, for U.S. shipments. As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email and tracking number.
Please understand, SROKA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are reported as delivered. Please contact the carrier for help with a lost or stolen package to file a claim.
Please ensure your shipping address is verified and accurate. If you have entered the wrong address, you will be charged a second time for SROKA to ship it to the correct address. In the event your package gets shipped back to us, we will email you upon receipt and you will need to purchase our $6 reshipment along with providing an updated address.
